Nick joined Sand & Sebolt as a patent attorney in 2016. Nick’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property matters including the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the software, business method, mechanical and electro-mechanical design arts, trademark law, copyright law and related litigation. Nick also focuses on rendering patentability, infringement and validity opinions in a wide range of technologies.
Prior to joining Sand & Sebolt, Nick was a patent attorney before serving as general counsel for a Nevada-based corporation where he advised on a broad range of corporate, transactional, intellectual property, regulatory and compliance issues. He has additional experience in drafting and negotiating various complex business agreements and documents including contracts, confidentiality agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
Outside of the office, Nick enjoys playing basketball, watching sports and spending time with his family.
